WHEEL No. 2
Mount the wheel on the balancer shaft.
Perform the run.
Balance the planes and make any corrections
suggested by optima.
Remove the wheel from the balancer.
Access the t of Wheels screen from the F5
Menu (1, Fig. 7-102).
The screen page shows the wheel with the number after
the previous one and a different colour (1, Fig. 7-107).
Select one of the keys F3 (Fig. 7-107) to enter the
current wheel in the set.
The "SET OF WHEELS 2" screen page appears
automatically (Fig. 7-108).
Note: After having assigned the wheels twice to one
side of the vehicle, the program does not allow
you to select this key again.You cannot assign
more than two wheels to the same side of the
vehicle.
WHEEL No. 3
Perform the procedure as described for wheel
No. 2.
WHEEL No. 4
Perform the procedure as described for wheel
No. 2.
At this point of the procedure the machine already has a
first mounting suggestion.
The image of the vehicle on the right shows the number
and color of each wheel, in the mounting position required
to reduce the PULL or the Vibrations (Fig. 7-109).
You can now select one of these options:
"Optimise vibrations",
"Enter fifth wheel"
"Start a new Set of Wheels", or
"Terminate and exit procedure" as described below.
