3.11.5 Modulating Waveform Frequency
Introduction
The 81150A / 81160A will accept modulation from an internal or external
modulation source. In case of internal modulation, the modulation signal can
be the ‘other channel’ (2 channel instrument only) or the internal modulation
source of the modulated channel.
Modulating frequency (internal source):
81150A: 1mHz to 10 MHz
81160A: 1mHz to 50 MHz
The default is 10 Hz.

Operation
After enabling PWM, press the PWM Frequency softkey. Then use the knob
or numeric keypad to enter the desired PWM Frequency.
