3.16.8 DNS Server (LAN)
DNS (Domain Name Service) is an Internet service that translates Domain
names into IP addresses. The DNS server address is the IP address of a
server that performs this service.
Setting up a DNS
Server address
Contact your network administrator to find out whether DNS is being
used, and for the correct DNS server address.
Enter the address using the numeric keypad (not the knob).
The DNS server address is stored in non-volatile memory and does
not change when power has been off or after a remote interface
reset.
Press and then the I/O Interfaces softkey.
Then select LAN, followed by DNS Setup.
Then select DNS Server 1 or DNS Server 2.
There is no SCPI command to set a DNS server address.
