Set the duty cycle percentage for square waves. Duty cycle represents the
amount of time per cycle that the square wave is at a high level (assuming
that the waveform polarity is not inverted). The default is 50%. MIN selects
the minimum duty cycle for the selected frequency and MAX selects the
maximum duty cycle. The :FUNC[1|2]:SQU:DCYC? query returns the
current duty cycle setting in percent.
For square waveforms, the APPLy command overrides the current duty cycle
setting and automatically selects 50%.The duty cycle setting is remembered
when you change from square wave to another function. When you return to
the square wave function, the previous duty cycle is used.
If you select a square waveform as the modulating waveform for AM or FM,
the duty cycle setting does not apply. The instrument always uses a square
waveform with a 50% duty cycle.
