3.10 Frequency-Shift Keying (FSK) Modulation
Introduction
You can configure the 81150A / 81160A to “shiftits output frequency
between two preset values using FSK modulation. The rate at which the
output shifts between the two frequencies (called the carrier frequency
and the “hop frequency”) is determined by the internal rate generator or the
signal level on the rear panel Modulation-In connector, or the signal being
generated on the ‘other’ channel (2 channel instrument only).
For more information on the fundamentals of FSK Modulation, refer to the
Tutorial chapter.
FSK is not available in pattern mode.
