met.
• Warm-up time: 30 minutes or longer
• Ambient temperature: 18°C - 28°C
• Execution of OPEN correction
• Execution of Cable correction for 1 MHz measurement
• Measurement cable length: 0 m, 1 m, or 2 m (16048A/B/D)
