Connecting the DUT (capacitor)
Mount a capacitor on the test fixture. The measurement result for the
parameter selected in “Setting up measurement parameters” on page 40 is
displayed. Figure 3-13 shows an example when the primary parameter is Cp
and the secondary parameter is D.
