9.1.1 Adjusting the Height Stop on AC2000
Danger of injury when dismounting the light head!
The spring arm is subject to high spring for
ces. If you do not set the spring arm to its highest position
before removing the light head, the arm will snap up violently and may cause severe injury in the process.
Never dismount the light head unless the spring arm has been moved to its topmost posit
ion or,
alternatively, the height stop has been set as shown below.
Tools/aids
Hex wrench, size 5 mm
The spring arm’s upward range of movement can be limited to horizontal position to suit the requirements
of low rooms. Adjust the height stop so that collision with other components is reliably prevented.
All spring arms are factory-preset to horizontal position.
• Insert the 5-mm hex wrench into the adjusting hole (1) of the spring arm.
