9.4 Preparatory Work on Light Head

Before starting any work on the light, be sure to disconnect the local power supply and take measures
to prevent any accidental reconnection.
•
Once done, remove the sensoGrip. This de-energizes all LED channels.
Before starting any work on
battery lights, be sure to isolate the light from the batteries. This requires
removing the light engine located covering the battery connector.
marLED® E battery
• To remove the light engine over the battery connector, see section 9.7 “Removing the Light Engine”,
page 78.
• To disconnect the battery connector, see section 9.5 “Disconnecting the Battery Cable
(marLED® E battery)”, page 77.
