1-6-1 Precautions for assembly and disassembly
(1) Precautions
Be sure to turn the power switch off and disconnect the power plug before starting disassembly.
When handling PWBs (printed wiring boards), do not touch parts with bare hands. The PWBs are susceptible to static
charge.
Do not touch any PWB containing ICs with bare hands or any object prone to static charge.
Use only the specified parts to replace the fixing unit thermal cutout. Never substitute electric wires, as the printer may
be seriously damaged.
