ADC/ADC
TRANSFER SWITCH
The ADC/ADC
transfer switches on the EFIS
CONTROL panels are
used to select the ADC
source for display on the
on-side display . On-
side ADC is the normal
selection indicated by a green
annunciation of
the switch . Reversionary
(cross-side) selection is
indicated by an am-
ber annunciation on the
switch . ADC reversion on
either side will also
cause the following
annunciations : "ADC
#" (# = system supplying
air data [1 or
21) on both PFDs .
AIR
DATA REFERENCE
PANEL (ARP)
Two
ARPs (one on the pilot's
instrument panel and one on the copi-
lot's
instrument panel) provide
the means for selecting particular
air
data
for display on the cockpit displays .
The panels house the con-
trols
that
are used to set the airspeed
references, vertical speed refer-
ences, preselected altitude,
barometric pressure correction and tem-
perature display format
. This data is applied to the on-side ADC .
