The
crew
oxygen
masks
are
quick-donning
masks
which
contain
a
mask
mounted
automatic
diluter-demand
regulator
with
a
single
knob
mode
control,
an
inflatable
harness,
and
a
microphone
.The
flight
crew
oxygen
masks
are
stowed
in
a
stowage
cup
just
aft
of
the
pilot
and
co-
pilot
on
the
bulkhead
or
in
stowage
boxes
just
aft
of
the
pilot's
and
co-
pilot's circuit
breaker
panels
.
The
mask
regulators
provide
for
normal,
100%
oxygen,
and
emergency
operation
(refer
to
the
FAA
Approved
Airplane
Flight
Manual
for
detailed
operational procedures}
.
The
mask
incorporates
a
microphone
controlled
by
the
NORM
MIC/OXY
MIC
switch
on
the
respective
audio
control
panel
.

use,
a
voice-activated
hot interphone
exists
for
crew
membercommu-
nication
.
An
optional
oxygen
pressure
detector
may
be
located
in
the
oxygen
line
.
If
sufficient
pressure
is
available
in
the
line,
the
detector
shows
"green"
.
