LIf the wire has been sized properly, the +/- 15V should measure between
13.5V and 15V.
+5V Digital Power
There is a +5V power supply on the main board for digital devices in the
probe. This supply is powered from the +15V supply. An LED near the center of
the main board, refer to Figure 21 – +5V Power Supply Status Indicator,
indicates the presence of output voltage form this supply. Test points are located
on the left edge of the board slightly above the LED.
+5V Analog Power
There is a precision +5V supply on the main board for analog devices. This
supply is powered by the +15V. There is no LED indicator to represent this
supply due to the nature of the low current output available. Test points are
available for the +5V analog supply at the tope edge of the main board, just
below the sensor module.
LThe +5V analog supply should measure between 4.97V and 5.03V
Status Indicators
A group of (6) six LED’s are located at the bottom of the main board near the center;
Refer to
Figure 19 – Main Board Status Indicators
CAL Pump
The “CAL Pump” LED is on when power is applied to the calibration pump. This
LED should be on only during a calibration check cycle or during a calibration.
Case Cool
The “Case Cool” LED is “ON” when the case temperature is above 130°F / 55 °C. If
the probe is equipped with the case cool option, 120V AC is applied to the case cool
solenoid valve and the LED will illuminate to indicate this action. The Case Cool
