PLC INTERFACE INPUTS
CAL CHECK
Momentarily applying 24VDC to this input will place the MAC155 into a
calibration check mode. Further information on the calibration check mode is
provided in another section of this manual. The input signal should be applied for
a minimum of 10 seconds to ensure the PLC interface has communicated the
request to the controller.
CALIBRATION
Momentarily applying 24VDC to this input will place the MAC155 into a
calibration mode. Further information on the calibration mode is provided in
another section of this manual. The input signal should be applied for a minimum
of 10 seconds to ensure the PLC interface has communicated the request to the
controller.
MAINTENANCE
Applying 24VDC to this input will place the MAC155 into a maintenance
mode. The MAC155 will maintain this mode until the input is removed. When
this input is active the MAC155 controller will indicate the maintenance mode on
the display. The PLC interface output will also be active allowing a remote
indication the probe’s output may not be accurate due to maintenance activities
such as cleaning the filter.
OUTPUT FORCED
Momentarily applying 24VDC to this input will force the analog output of the
MAC155 to 50% of the selected range for 30 seconds. The input signal should
be applied for a minimum of 10 seconds to ensure the PLC interface has
communicated the request to the controller.
