ETHERNET CONTROLLER OPTION
The Ethernet option allows the user to monitor the MAC155’s status over a
network connection. The user can also initiate the various MAC155 modes of
operation as well as change the controllers setup from a networked computer.
INITIAL SETUP
Initial setup is easiest if a direct connection to a computer available. If a
direct connection is not possible set-up can still be performed as long as the
network will accept the initial IP address of 192.168.0.200
Hardware Requirements
Communication with the controller requires a personal computer with a
network interface card, web browser, and active network connection.
Connection directly to the controller requires the same hardware with the
addition requirement of a 10Base-T network crossover cable.
Communication with Controller
Communication with the controller is all completed with a web page interface.
This web page will allow complete configuration of the MAC155 as well as some
special operation modes. The following sections will provide a pictorial view of
the web page interface and description of the necessary set-up information.
After the necessary hardware connections have been made open a web
browser.
Proceed to the Controller Login section for further instructions.
CONTROLLER LOGIN
Type the controllers default IP address of 192.168.0.200 into the address
