10. Pull handle (A) on header to release multicoupler (B)
from storage position, remove coupler, and push handle
back into header to store.

11. Place coupler (A) onto combine receptacle.
12. Pull out knob (B) to release handle, and pull handle (C)
to engage pins in coupler.
