SEAT LOCK
• (Remove seat).
• (Remove helmet compartment).
• Raise rear of helmet compartment (A) slightly.
• Remove nut covers (B) and disengage transmission
cable (C) from metal clamp (D).
NOTE Make a mental note of the path followed by
transmission cable (C) thereby making sure
you refit in the correct position at the time of
reassembly.
• Unscrew screws (V2) ensuring you recover the relative
nuts.
NOTE You can now remove the helmet compart-
ment from the scooter.
NOTE If the seat lock jams (or if you lose the key),
refer to the section on accessibility after re-
moving the sub-panels.
