Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry the timer
knob cap off the shaft
Remove the retainer clip
The knob will push forward with the force of
the spring behind it.
Now the dial can be pried off the timer shaft.
Remove the two 5/16” hex head screws that
secure the timer to the control panel.

Remove the 4 T-20 torx screws from the
escutcheon.
Remove the timer knob and dial (see
Remove timer knob on this page)
Pull the escutcheon away from the control
panel
To avoid damage, lay a towel on the washer
top and place the escutcheon on the towel.
