REMOVE THE LID
Two phillips screws
Remove the two Phillips head screws from
the accessible side of the lid.

Remove the gasket, and the hinge is rotated
out of the lid.
Rotate the lid forward and pull toward the
center of the washer to remove the lid.

During reassembly be sure to reinstall the
plastic hinge bushings if they came off the
top when pulling the hinges through them,
and replace the rubber bumper on the end
of the right side hinge.

Put your hand inside the washer over the
tub ring and feel for the hinge end.
Push the bumper on until it is flush with the
end of the hinge.

Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
