APPENDIX C: RECORDING SYSTEM
CONFIGURATION
Accurate system configuration information (hardware and software) is necessary
to enhance Memotec’s ability to respond quickly and effectively to service
requests.
The following table is provided to facilitate the task of recording the hardware
and/or software revisions of circuit cards installed in CX950 products.
Completing the table will ensure that all necessary revision information is
available for Memotec service personnel at the time a service request is made. To
determine the current hardware and/or software version of a circuit card, follow
the procedures outlined below.
