+ MTKP: 1,0,Hello //Display text cmd was sent from SIM (number 1), with normal priority (number 0),

This command is sent when the customer application wants to see the SIM Toolkit menu.

Values when CmdType=2 (Get Inkey)
<Result> 2 Response for a "Get Inkey"
3 Response for a "Get Input'
12 Response for a "Setup call"
<Data> Key pressed by the user.
Values when CmdType=3 (Get Input)
<Result> 0 Session ended by user.
1 Response given by the user.
2 Help information required by user.
<Data> String of characters entered by the user.
Note: If the SIM asks for yes/no answer then respond with 0 or 1
Values when CmdType=12 (Setup call)
<Result> 0 User refused the call.
1 User accepted the call.
Note: This command is for future use and is not currently supported.
