AT Commands Reference

4.16.1.5 System Behavior
The following are the system behavior guidelines while in MUX mode:
Using the AT+CBAUD and +IPR commands is prohibited while in MUX mode.
Channels 1 and 2 have the same baud rate and the same hardware flow control.
Both AT+CMUX and MUX services can be activated without a SIM card (Core AT commands)
When Channel 1 is in CSD data mode, the connection can be released by sending the +++ sequence, and then sending the
ATH command.
When Channel 1 is in GPRS data mode, the connection can be released by sending either the +++ sequence, or the ATH
command, or by using the virtual DTR toggle.
In MUX mode, use the virtual V24 signals as the DTR and DCD hardware signals are not relevant for the MUX protocol.
AT commands that create unsolicited reports should be set in the MUX mode in order to receive the correct unsolicited AT
command indications (CLCC, CSCB, and so on).
Activate the +CIPE command before the MUX command in order to receive the correct CIP confirmation in the MUX mode.
When in CSD data call mode, close the call before exiting the MUX.
