IMPORTANT!
It is important to keep this manual in a place that is easy to access, near the machine and made
known to all users (operators and maintenance personnel). The operators and maintenance workers
must be able to quickly find and consult the manual and its annexes, in any situation.
This document forms integral part of the supply for safety purposes as well. Therefore:
it must be kept in an easily accessible place and known to all users (operators and maintenance personnel);
it must always be available for consultation purposes;
it must be kept whole (in all its parts);
it must accompany the machine until its it demolished (including in case of relocations, sale, rental, lease, etc.);
it has to indicate any changes that were made apportate alla macchina.
The operators and maintenance workers must be able to quickly find and examine the manual and its annexes, in any
situation.
Prior to carrying out any operation, it is mandatory to read all the documentation in order to prevent damaging the machine
itself, or causing injury to people and damage to property. It its prohibited to operate the machine in case of any doubts
on the proper interpretation of these instructions.

2.7. ADVICE FOR THE BUYER
As regards the buyer of the machine, it is recommended paying attentionto the following items:
define the documentation in compliance with EC regulations for this machine, analysing and finalizing this documentation;
determining, for each procedure, the list of personnel assigned to it;
developing and documenting training activities aimed at personnel assigned to machine use or belonging to the
aforementioned list (repeat the training and update the lists in case of new-hires).
By doing so, the buyer demonstrates to have done everything in its powers to provide the users with a safe workplace;
moreover, this is the only way that, in case of injury caused by failure to comply with the established procedures, the buyer
is able to decline all responsibility.
