♦ use of spare parts not specific for the model in question or not original or in any event not authorized by the Manufacturer;
♦ changes made to the machine structure or components without prior authorization of MULTITEL PAGLIERO S.p.A. and/
or without using suitable equipment;
♦ exceptional environmental events and occurrences extraneous to regular and proper machine use.
In any event, should the user ascribe the incident to a defect of the machine, they shall be required to demonstrate that the
damage was the main and direct consequence.
3.18.2. ASSISTANCE SERVICE
For any request, you always need to specify the machine model and serial number.
In case of repairs and overhauls of parts of the platform that concern safety, such as, for example;
♦ blocking valves, electric distributors,
♦ sensors (micro switches, photocells, load sensors, etc.);
♦ main parts of the electrical system, remote control;
♦ structural parts;
♦ any other parts with safety functions.
It is mandatory to turn to the dealer where the platform was purchased or directly contact the Assistance Service
MULTITEL PAGLIERO S.p.A., which is equipped with highly qualified personnel and, most importantly, with the equipment
suited to carrying out the necessary jobs under conditions of complete safety.

For ordinary maintenance and repairs , it is necessary to use original spare parts purchased from the dealer where the
platform was bought, or by directly contacting the Spare Parts Warehouse MULTITEL PAGLIERO S.p.A.
