3.18. GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The machine is covered by warranty that takes effect as of the date of delivery to the customer: for the warranty terms,
please refer to the warranty certificate delivered with the machine.
The Manufacturer reserves itself the right to repair replace pieces which are acknowledged to be defective during the
warranty period.
Once the defective piece has been replaced, the Manufacturer is released from any cost incurred by the dealer or the customer,
from any alleged damage, present and future, lost earnings, conventional penalty, cost to rent replacement equipment, etc.
The warranty does not cover the replacement and/or repair of components worn and damaged during regular machine use.
The warranty is forfeited in the event that the rules and instructions for use contained in this manual are not complied with.
Jobs under warranty are carried out during normal business hours at authorized workshops or at the Manufacturer’s facilities.
In case of the job is carried out at the customer’s, travel costs incurred for the technical personnel shall be charged to the
customer. Transport charges for jobs carried out at the Manufacturer’s facilities shall be charged to the customer.

3.18.1. RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer considers itself released from any and all responsibility and obligation for any event caused by:
♦ failure to comply with the instructions provided in this USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL as regards the running, use and
maintenance of the machine;
♦ improper machine use;
♦ non-compliance with legal provisions on safety and with Traffic Regulations;
♦ violent and sudden actions or wrong manoeuvres during machine use and maintenance;
♦ lack of maintenance;
