The monthly checks are recorded in the special logbook (Annex), and can be carried out by any one
who has fully read and understood this manual.
Annual checks and inspections must be carried out by a skilled technician (in other words a
technician specifically trained to carry out maintenance on the platform). They cannot be described
in this manual due to their complexity and to the risk associated with their imperfect execution.

Below are the descriptions of the monthly checks and inspections that must be carried out on the platform and recorded in
the checks logbook enclosed with this manual.
A negative outcome of these checks precludes the possibility of using the machines under conditions of safety. In these
cases, extraordinary maintenance is needed in order to be able to use the platform.

Make sure the PTO indicator lights up when the PTO is engaged and proceed as described in the START CONTROL
PROCEDURES paragraph (section 7).
8.3.2.1.2. OIL LEVEL
Check the oil level in the tank, referring to the level notches on the dipstick underneath the closing cap.
The oil level must be checked with the booms in their resting position. The level in the tank must be included between the
min. notch and the max. notch.
