ATTENTION!
Do not mix together oils which are not perfectly compatible one with the other. This may cause
serious malfunctions inside the hydraulic system.
ATTENTION!
The hydraulic oil must be changed every 5000 hours or every 3 years. If biodegradable or plant oils
are used, they must be changed every year.
ATTENTION!
Oil is a polluting substance for the environment and nature; collect all the oil that may fall out
during these operations and turn to specialized companies or consortia for its proper disposal.

8.3.2.1.3. BUBBLE SPIRIT LEVEL
After having stabilized the machine so that the bubble is perfectly in the centre of the 0° indicator, measure the carriage
inclination by placing an inclination measuring instrument with minimum accuracy of 0.1° (not supplied with the machine)
on the outrigger crossbeams and on the counter-frame, verifying the accuracy of the bubble in the two orthogonal directions.
If the measurement taken exceeds 0.5° with the bubble at zero, contact the Assistance department.
8.3.2.1.4. SUPPORTING JACK SEAL
To check the seal of the pilot check valves on the outriggers, proceed as described below:

Place the platform in its work position, with the outriggers set up on the ground

By operating the movements of the boom from the ground, with no one in the basket, make the boom carry out
a complete rotation.

Make sure that none of the outriggers move.
8.3.2.1.5. CHECK THE OPERATION OF THE BOOM RAISED CONSENT LIGHT
Stabilize the carriage with the wheels well lifted off the ground and the four outriggers properly resting on the ground; level
the carriage as best as possible (if necessary verify using an electronic spirit level, not supplied with the machine). The
consent light must turn on.
8.3.2.1.6. CHECK FOR PROPER OPERATION OF THE LOCKING DEVICE WITH THE BOOM RAISED
Stabilize the machine and lift the boom from its support by at least 15 cm.
Carry out the outriggers movement command; the outriggers should not move.
