8.3.2.4.7. LUBRICATION
Regular lubrication with the use of brand-name lubricants is essential for good operation.
Proceed with the lubrication of all points equipped with special greasers.
Attention, any greasing points may not be directly visible. Carefully examine all mechanical parts with reciprocal sliding,
such as:
- the joints on the hydraulic pump transmission shaft.
- the fifth wheels, internally and externally
- the outriggers
- the pins
Other mobile elements such as the extensions of the outriggers booms or crosspieces (if any) must be manually greased
when required, after visual examination.
PPE NEEDED
AGIP GREASE 30 was used for the initial greasing.
ATTENTION!
Do not mix together lubricants which are not perfectly compatible one with the other. This may
cause serious platform malfunctions.

8.3.2.4.8. CLEANING
Cleaning the machine on a regular basis makes it effectively easier to perform scheduled maintenance and to detect any
leaks from the hydraulic system.
IMPORTANT!
It is possible to determine how often to clean the platform and its components based on the work
environment and on continuous use; in any event, it is recommended to clean it at least once a week.
When using high pressure washing systems, observe the following rules:
♦ comply with the instructions for use provided by the manufacturer of the high pressure water jet cleaner;
