BOOM
Main boom, it can be equipped with one or more telescopic extensions controlled by the
special overlapping jack.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER Trapezium levelling cylinder; with automatic command.

TRAPEZIUM Structure that supports the jib and which is levelled by a dedicated jack.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER It is used to point the jib, double acting type, complete with hydro-pilot rupture valve.

JIB
Secondary or articulated boom, interconnected with the main boom and adjustable
with respect to the latter; it can be equipped with one or more telescopic extensions
controlled by the special overlapping jack.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER Used to level the basket, double acting type, complete with hydro-pilot rupture valves.

BASKET
In aluminium profile or fibreglass. Complete with hydraulic control circuit for automatic
levelling and rotation unit (11a).
On request, the basket can be set up with highly insulating bushings in between, to
electrically insulate the basket from the booms.

OUTRIGGER (no. 4)
Hydraulically operated. Consisting of four independently-driven, double-acting hydraulic
cylinders, for perfect levelling of the carriage.

HAND PUMP Used for emergency manoeuvres.

BASKET SUPPORT It connects the extendible structure to the basket, allowing its levelling and rotation.

OUTRIGGER CONTROL Levers used to move the outriggers (high/low).

CONTROLS FROM THE
BASKET
Control panel for movement of the extendible structure from the basket and turret
rotation. It is the main control station.

CONTROLS FROM THE
BASE
Control panel for movement of the extendible structure from the ground and turret
rotation. This is the secondary control station, and can be used in alternative to the
main one.

EMERGENCY CONTROLS
The casing needs to be removed in order to access these controls. See the specific
section that explains how to use them.

BASKET ACCESS
Access point to the basket with the platform in its resting position. Alternatively, one can
access the basket after having moved it close to the ground.

SPIRIT BUBBLE
It must be used to make sure that the maximum allowed inclination limit is complied
with during the stabilization phase.

HOURS COUNTER Instrument that indicates the total hours of operation of the platform.
