Find electrical valve Y2 located near the movements control distributor, cut the seal thread and remove the disc,
then press the small pushbutton and hold it down using the special fork.

Find electrical valve Y21 located near the movements control distributor, cut the seal thread and remove the
disc, then press the small pushbutton and hold it down using the special fork.

Access the hydraulic components of the movement control distributor. Find electrical valve Y3 located near
the movements control distributor. Screw the hand wheel located on the valve all the way, but without apply-
ing excessive force

To obtain the desired movements, press the manual operation pushbuttons located on the head of each valve,
bearing in mind the layout of the valves as described on the special label affixed to the platform (see chapter
“4” paragraph “MAIN COMPONENTS”, under item: emergency controls) and illustrated here below. Pump
manually to move the platform.

For certain movements, it is not enough to press the manual operation pushbuttons located on the head of
each valve as you also need to use other valves located under the casing behind the turret, according to the
combinations indicated here below:
- Lowering of the main boom: press the pushbutton and, at the same time, the pushbutton on valve Y38
- Lowering of the main jib: press the pushbutton and, at the same time, the pushbutton on valve Y12
Pump manually to move the platform.

After having completely closed the platform (boom resting properly on the boom support), you can retract the
outriggers.
9 Find electrical exchange valve Y41, located near the outrigger control distributor.
10 Press the cursor and hold it down.

By operating the control levers on the outriggers distributor block, manually pump until the outriggers are
completely retracted and consequently until the extensions of the crosspieces are also closed.
12 Once this operation is finished, contact the Assistance Service to have the platform repaired.
