Your administrator may need to manually log on to the phone to access the Admin Settings options, and set the IP addresses in the Network Settings to "0.0.0.0". This will reset the values on the phone to use the default values as specified by DHCP or in the configuration files on the network. Alternatively, perform a Data Clear of the Terminal Data on the phone to restore the administrative settings.
