Viewing System Information
1. Press Settings > Company Info.
2. On this screen you can view the following system
information:
• Telephone numbers
• Nordson EFD email address
• Nordson EFD global directory URL
• Dispenser serial number
3. Press Home to return to the Home screen.
Viewing the Software Version or
Updating the Software
1. Press Settings to open the Settings screen.
The current software version is displayed next to Software
Update.
2. Go to www.nordsonefd.com/UltimusPlusSoftware to
download the latest software to a USB drive.
NOTE: Firmware update files must not be inside any
directories (folders) and cannot be renamed.
3. Insert the USB drive into the USB port on the dispenser.
4. Press Settings > Software Update. The Software
Update screen opens.
5. Press Update.
The system updates the software. If the update
is successful, the system indicates the following:
“Update ready. Restart to apply.” If the update is
unsuccessful, refer to “Dispenser Warnings” on
page50 to troubleshoot the problem.
NOTE: System settings, saved programs, and log
entries will not be changed.
6. Remove the USB drive.
7. Cycle the dispenser power.
