Configuring Universal Extension (UEXT) for multi site handset
Universal Extension (UEXT) redirects incoming calls to the DAP. Key 0
corresponds with the DN, configured on the DAP. Key 1 HOT P is the
same number with access and location codes, for UDP, or trunk steering
code, for CDP. UEXT is configured with LD 11.
