Attempt manual dialing of the number, estimating pause timings. Verify that DNs without pause or number-sign digits are functioning correctly. If the Telset Application service didn't start, examine the address format on the server-side. Confirm whether the Telset Application service was involved by reproducing the problem and checking if the service started. If the Telset service started, a SLEE trace may be needed for further analysis.
