To determine the cause of the error, select and then double-click
the error.
Result: A description of the error appears in an Event detail dialog
box. Use the description to help determine how to resolve errors.
Note: If the error persists or does not suggest a solution, contact
your Nortel support representative.

Click OK.
Result: The event log reappears.

Click File → Exit.
Result: The Event Viewer closes.
