Mode1: All keys except for Online, Cancel,
Power Save, and Help, aren't have any
reaction.
Mode2: All keys except for Online aren't have
any reaction.
Off: This function doesn't work.
* When Mode1/2 is set, USB Memory Interface
will be Disable automatically. And when
panel lockout is turned off, the USB Memory
Interface is still Disable.
