4.2.17 Feeder Unit / Board-RSF / MPT Hopping Roller / Frame Assy Separator /
Cover-Front
(1) Open the top cover.
(2) Remove the left side cover (see section 4.2.1).
(3) Make plate-shield and connector removal (see section 4.2.6).
(4) Disengage the claws of the stay L 1 and the stay R 2, sliding the feeder unit 3 to the right,
detach the feeder unit.
(5) Remove the cover sensor 4 by releasing claw engagement.
(6) Make connector removal to detach the Board-RSF 5.
(7) Remove the lever 6 by turning it until it is unlocked.(Tool No.1)
(8) Remove the two screws (black) 7 to remove the stay L 1.(Tool No.1)
(9) Remove the four screws (black) 8, disengage the front two claws A and remove
the feed Assy 9.(Tool No.1)
(10) Remove the two lock-shafts 0 and the two springs A and disengage the four claws to detach
the Hopping Roller Assy B.
(11) Remove the hopping roller shaft C.
(12) Remove the two supports to detach the frame Assy separator D, and remove the spring E.
