Confirmation Tasks
Check paper is not jammed in a path route.
Confirm that there is no abnormality in the shape of the sensor
lever and in the operation.
Confirm a sensor signal is correctly detected by the SWITCH
SCAN function of the Self-diagnostic Mode.
Check the following signals with DRSIG connector of the PU
board (PRN PCB).
7pin:Exit Sensor
Confirm that the above signal operates a sensor lever and varies.
Check 5V power with Exit connector of the motor driver board
(PRM PCB).
1pin:5V Power
3pin:0VL
Confirm that FFC is correctly inserted by DRSIG connector of
the PU board (PRN PCB) and PUIF connector of the driver
board (PRM PCB).
Confirm that a cord is normally connected by a driver board
(PRM PCB) and EXIT sensor.
Confirm that a cord is not stuck, a cover of the cord does not
come off and the installation is appropriate.
Action at NG
Remove jammed paper.
Exchange to a normal
sensor lever.
Exchange a PU board
(PRN PCB), Exit
sensor or connection
board.
Exchange an exit
sensor.
Exchange a connection
cord.
Correct a connection
status.
Exchange a connection
cord and return to a
correct installation.
