Print jobs saved on hard disk can be printed or deleted.
" If [Store Job], [Print and Hold], [Secured Job] or [Proof then Print] was
selected for [Job Retention] in the printer driver, the job file is saved on
the hard disk.
Printing a job saved on the hard disk
1 In the home screen, press [USB/HDD].
2 Press [Proof/Print].
3 Select a user.
4 Press [OK].
5 Select the job to be printed.
6 Press [Print].
" If the job was saved with the [Secured Job] setting, type in the pass-
word.
7 Type in the number of copies to be printed, and then press [OK].
Deleting a job saved on the hard disk
1 In the home screen, press [USB/HDD].
2 Press [Proof/Print].
3 Select a user.
4 Press [OK].
5 Select the job to be deleted.
6 Press [Delete].
" If the job was saved with the [Secured Job] setting, type in the pass-
word.
7 Press [Yes], and then press [OK].
