Chapter 8 Storage and maintenance
• When long hours of battery-powered operation are expected or when using the instrument in
cold weather, it is recommended to prepare charged batteries as spares.
• When the battery operation time becomes extremely short, it is recommended to replace the
battery with a new battery.
• The instrument is not provided with charging capability. To charge the battery, use the
optional external battery charger.
