A thick white line is drawn 5000 mm from the distal end
of the insertion tube, after that, for every increase in
1000 mm a thick and a thin white line are added.
A thick white line appears again at 10,000 mm from the
distal end of the insertion tube, after that the thick and
thin white lines increase as before.
