Chapter 9 Troubleshooting
Self-check
triggers during
use and
displays a
message.
ERROR (BT1) Heat has built up inside the
instrument triggering the
self-check function to
prompt termination of
inspection.
Terminate inspection, allow
the instrument to cool down,
and then turn power back on
again.
If you are using battery
power, replace the battery
(“8.2 Replacing the battery”
(page 132)).
ERROR (D1) The self-check function is
activated and urges
termination of inspection.
Stop inspection and turn the
instrument off then on again.
ERROR (BB1)
ERROR (R1) The message prompts you
to stop inspection because
the connection between the
instrument and the remote
control is not stable which
triggered the self-check
function.
Turn off the power, tighten
the screws on the
connection of the remote
control and the instrument,
and then turn the power on
again.
