by patient ID:

If the patient is NOT found then you can add a new patient from the patient search screen. To edit details for
existing stored patients make the changes before entry to the capture mode.
After selecting New patient, provide the following information:
l Patient name
l Patient ID
l Patient date of birth
l If required, gender and patient notes

3.2.2 How to prepare for image capture
Before you capture an image the patient needs to be aligned and the image options selected.
1. Clean the areas where the patient comes into contact with the device, see Cleaning before each
patient on page57.
2. Select the patient record, see Working with patient details on the previous page.

Select the options for the images being captured.
