4.1.5 Touch screen properties
The touch screen is powered from the scan head at +12V.
WARNING
Do NOT disconnect or connect the touch screen while the scan head is in use.

4.1.6 Table requirements
WARNING
DoîNOT plug the scan head into a power block or powered table. The scan head must be
plugged directly into a wall socket.
The scan head should be positioned in the middle of the table width. The front of the scan
head should be inline with the front of the table to allow the patient to get into the correct
alignment position.
The chin rest should slightly overhang the edge of the table.
The scan head and touch screen must be positioned on a table that meets the necessary safety standards. The
table MUST support the weight of the scan head.
