3.4.1.1 How to create user accounts for use on the scan head

Login to the scan head.

Select To admin.

Select Users.
4.
Select New user.
5.
Enter the details for the new user and select if they will be an Administrator or Operator.
6.
Return to the admin menu.
Note
User accounts can be made inactive.
3.4.1.2 How to create user accounts on the image server
1.
Login to OptosAdvance.
2.
Select Settings.
3.
Select User Management > Accounts.
4.
Select Add.
5.
Enter the details for the new user and select the privileges to be assigned to them.
6.
Select Save.
3.4.1.3 How to change users
To change users, logout of the software and allow the other user to login.
3.4.2 How to change the language on the scan head
You can change the language on the scan head by following these steps:
1.
Log in to the scan head using the touch screen.
2.
Select To admin.
3.
Select Language.
4.
Select a language from the list.
5.
Select X to set the language and close the page.
3.4.3 How to change the language displayed in the review application
All users can change the language displayed in OptosAdvance.
1.
Login to the system.
2.
Select Settings.
3.
Select Preferences > User Preferences.
4.
Select the Preferred Language.
5.
Select Save.
3.4.4 Storing and archiving images
Image storage is provided by OptosAdvance.
Storage status and archive configurations are accessed by selecting Settings > Device > Dicom.
Your Administrator is responsible for maintaining the storage and archive settings. You can get help storing and
archiving in the OptosAdvance help files or contact your Optos representative, see Contact us on page71.
You should back-up your image server data at least once a week.
