5.2 Diagnosis
System Diagnosis program is used to test the system hardwares and pinpoint the
problems caused by hardware defects.
System Diagnosis program is classified into the following three types:
• Card / Port Test (Section 5.2.1)
• CPU Test (Section 5.2.2)
• TSW Test (Section 5.2.3)
