1-8: Specifies a desired tenant.
All: Specifies all tenants at once.
The Start Time of Traffic Measurment.
The number of calls (both extension and CO) coming in to the extensions.
The number of calls (both extension and CO) answered by the extensions.
The ratio of “Incoming Calls” to “Answered Calls.”
The number of calls (both extension and CO) made by the extensions.
The number of completed outgoing calls (both extension and CO) .
The ratio of “Outgoing Calls” to “Completed Calls.”
The number of calls transferred by the Operators.
One hundred call seconds, or one hundred seconds of telephone
conversation. One hour telephone traffic is equal to 36 CCS.
