Chapter 5: Setup
Sampling Setup Screen
The sampling setup screen is comprised of three pages, each of which contain
sampling setup options. The most commonly used setup functions are on the Main
page. The pages and their functions follow:
Main Page Setup Functions
• Location name
• Sample size
• Number of samples
• Continuous sampling
• Print average of samples
• Group repeat mode
• Print sample report
Advanced Page Setup Functions
• Sample type
• Initial delay / Purge delay
• Inter-sample delay
• Sample by time-of-day
• Save setting as recipe
• Units (cf or cm)
• Data (raw or normalized)
• 0.5 and 5.0 µm channels only (Pharmaceutical mode)
• Beep mode
Location Page Setup Functions
• Select location name
• Edit location name
• Add new location name
• Delete location name
• Add number locations 001-100
• Erase all location names
