If your Polaris Offroad Vehicle's engine turns over but doesn't start, possible causes include no fuel, dirt in the fuel line or filter, a fuel valve that won't allow fuel to pass, a fuel pump that is inoperative or restricted, a plugged tank vent, a problem with the carburetor starter circuit, or a flooded engine. Also, check for low compression (high cylinder leakage) or no spark due to a fouled spark plug.
