Missing Calendar and Meeting Notifications
Symptom:
The Calendar icon doesn’t display on the Home screen, and the system doesn’t display meeting
reminders.
Problem:
The Poly Trio system doesn’t have a functioning connection to the Microsoft server.
Workaround:
Check your system’s connection status to the Microsoft server and alert an administrator if needed.
Procedure
1. Go to Settings > Status > Calendar.
2. On the Calendar screen, make sure the Status field includes Connected to Server.
If the status reads that it isn’t connected to the server, contact your administrator.
Shared Content Doesn’t Display
Symptom:
Shared content doesn’t display on a room system connected with the Poly Trio system.
Problem:
The device sharing the content isn’t connected to the same network as the room system.
Workaround:
Connect your device to the same network as the room system.
Camera Doesn’t Respond in a Video Call
Symptom:
The camera you're trying to use in a video call doesn't respond.
Workaround:
If the camera paired with a Poly Trio system doesn't respond to any commands you issue to it, and it
doesn't produce a video feed, please contact your system administrator.
